Transfers happen over the network at the time you use the relevant feature. You may refuse the transfer to Google Analytics by declining analytics cookies — this does not affect your use of the Website. Refusing the transfer to PayPal is possible by choosing a different payment method, though we cannot process a PayPal payment without it.
