Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use two kinds:

  • Essential cookies keep the Website working — for example, holding your session and the contents of your cart. These are always active because the Website cannot function without them.
  • Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics so we can see which pages are visited and how the Website is used. These are loaded only after you give consent, and never before.

When you first visit the Website we ask for your choice. You can change or withdraw it at any time through the cookie settings on the Website, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Declining analytics cookies does not limit your ability to browse, order, or use your account.

For general information about cookies, visit All About Cookies.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, please note that no method of online transmission or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Where Korean law sets a minimum retention period, we keep the relevant records for that period even after you close your account:

Records Retention period Basis
Account information Until you close your account Consent
Contracts and withdrawal of subscription 5 years Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
Payments and supply of goods 5 years Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
Consumer complaints and dispute resolution 3 years Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce

Website access logs 3 months Protection of Communications Secrets Act

Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw your consent.

Destruction of Personal Data

Once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, we destroy the data without delay — within 5 days in ordinary cases. Electronic files are deleted by a method that makes them unrecoverable, and any printed material is shredded or incinerated.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your Personal Data we process.
  • Correct: Rectify inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
  • Delete: Request erasure of your data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Restrict Processing: Limit the ways in which we process your data.
  • Object to Processing: Opt out of specific data uses, including direct marketing.

To exercise your rights or inquire about your Personal Data, please contact us using the details below. We respond within 10 days of receiving your request. You may also act through a representative, in which case we will ask for a signed authorization.

International Transfers of Personal Data

Our servers and file storage are located in the Republic of Korea (Amazon Web Services, Asia Pacific / Seoul region). Some of the providers listed above process data outside Korea:

Recipient Country Data transferred Purpose Retention
Google LLC (Google Analytics) United States Cookie identifier, IP address, page usage data Website usage analytics Per Google Analytics retention settings
PayPal, Inc. United States Name, email address, payment and order details Payment processing Per PayPal's own policy and applicable law

Transfers happen over the network at the time you use the relevant feature. You may refuse the transfer to Google Analytics by declining analytics cookies — this does not affect your use of the Website. Refusing the transfer to PayPal is possible by choosing a different payment method, though we cannot process a PayPal payment without it.
