Kedem 4 speaks standard MIDI, so it controls any device that accepts Program Change or Control Change messages. Players most often pair it with:

  • Delay and reverb — Strymon Timeline, BigSky and Volante; Eventide H9 and H90; Meris

  • Amps — channel switching through the TRS MIDI/Relay output

One MIDI OUT, one TRS MIDI port and USB MIDI cover a focused rig; add a MIDI hub if you need to reach more.

Kedem 6 or Kedem 4?

Same 3.5" touch display, same AirMIDI wireless, same editor. The difference is width, and how many things you need to reach at once.

  • Kedem 6 — 190 mm wide, 960 g. Six switches, 2× MIDI OUT, 2× TRS MIDI, 2× external switch inputs. See the Kedem 6.
  • Kedem 4 — 140 mm wide, 760 g. Four switches, one of each port.

Take the Kedem 4 when pedalboard width is the constraint — it is 50 mm narrower and 200 g lighter for the same screen and the same wireless.
