Pre-Order Policy

• Production Timeline: For pre-order items, production begins after the pre-order period ends or when the target sales quantity is reached. The production timeline typically ranges from 2 to 4 months.
• Updates: Updates regarding production and shipping for pre-orders will be shared on our website.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships, including while production is underway. Once the order has shipped, the General Returns Policy below applies.

Shipping & Taxes

General Shipping Information

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping Timelines: Due to international shipping to various destinations, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines. However, we provide real-time tracking services through the shipping carrier for your convenience.
• Origin of Shipment: All orders are shipped from Unit 304, 1225, Gonghang-ro, Gangseo-gu, Busan, 46700, Republic of Korea.

Taxes and Duties

• Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
• Tax Estimate: A tax estimate will be shown at checkout, though the final amount may vary depending on your local regulations.

Returns

Pre-Order Returns Policy

• Before Shipment: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order ships, including during the production period.
• After Shipment: Once the order has shipped, the General Returns Policy below applies in the same way as for regular orders.

General Returns Policy

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products (shipping fees excluded).
• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, email us at cs@judahs.io within 30 calendar days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
• Return Address: Once your RMA is approved, ship the item to Unit 304, 1225, Gonghang-ro, Gangseo-gu, Busan, 46700, Republic of Korea.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• Restocking Fees: Used or damaged items, or those missing accessories, may incur a minimum 15% restocking fee or qualify only for store credit.
• Exclusions: Products purchased as "blemished" or "scratch and dent" are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking, are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return at our facility.

Warranty

• Coverage: All Judahs products come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, applicable to the original purchaser.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage. Repairs outside of warranty may be available for a reasonable fee.
• Claiming Warranty Service: To claim warranty service, contact us at cs@judahs.io. Proof of purchase is required.

Privacy Policy

Judahs respects your privacy. We do not sell customer information such as email addresses or phone numbers to third parties.

• Data Usage: Your information is stored securely and used only to process orders and communicate with you regarding your purchases.
• Account Deletion: To delete your account, please submit a deletion request through our Contact Page. Once the request is processed, your account will be permanently deleted.
